This was a legit call. I get these calls once in awhile from Gallup collecting data on a recent visit to my PNC Bank. I don't mind spending 5 minutes giving feedback on my bank experience because I like my bank. I have participated in these surveys a number of times. They do not ask any personal information, just to rate the customer service, services and experience with the bank. The woman conducting the survey was surprised by my willingness to take the survey actually!
This is the third day in a row this number has called me. I havent picked up yet, but the first day they called after 7:30 pm (rude), the second day they called after 5pm, and today (Saturday), they called just before noon. I've been on the Do Not Call Registry for over a year at least. I'm filing a complaint.
